Familys coming to visit in a few weeks. What's a good hotel for them to stay at (in San Jose?) They want something with free breakfast and not too much noise.

The Fairmont Hotel is pretty good - never had any problems there.

Unfortunately, San Jose isnt' known for its great hotel choices. Personally I like the Marriott in downtown San Jose but it's really more of a conference hotel versus a resort.
